How do I join the server?

Open Minecraft Java Edition (1.20+), go to Multiplayer, click "Add Server", and enter our IP: x.veesanarchy.com. Click "Done" and then join!
How do I claim my rank after purchase?

After completing your purchase, your rank will be automatically applied within 5 minutes. Make sure you're using the same username you entered during checkout. If you don't receive it, open a ticket on Discord.
Can I get a refund?

Subscription refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't used any rank benefits. Contact us via Discord or email for refund requests.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal link in your confirmation email, or contact us on Discord. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your billing period.
The server shows as offline?

First, make sure you're using Minecraft Java Edition. Check our Discord for any maintenance announcements. If the issue persists, try restarting Minecraft or refreshing your server list.
